Scandinavian§Nordic Travel is a Finland-based VIP tour operator soon creating small-group Lapland trips exclusively for students.
For the winter 2026–2027 season, we are looking for a motivated and social Tour Guide & Trip Coordinator to help us plan and operate 3–4 day Lapland tours for student groups only.
Most trips will take place during weekends, student holidays and study breaks, and the tour calendar will be planned together according to your availability.
Our groups will usually have up to 8-20 students, with private transportation and carefully planned activities such as:
- Santa Claus Village
- Reindeer farm visits
- Husky safaris
- Northern Lights tours
- Snowmobile safaris
- Igloo stays
- Lapland cabins and hotels
- Unique Arctic locations
Your role
You will help us plan itineraries, welcome and guide student groups, travel with them during the tour, coordinate activities and provide friendly customer service.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, outgoing, confident in English and interested in tourism, hospitality or travel. Previous experience is an advantage, but motivation and communication skills are most important.
Flexible student work
The position is designed to fit around studies. You do not need to join every trip, and we will plan the calendar together.

There may also be an opportunity to continue with us on Norway student tours in summer 2027.
