DESCRIPTION
This role focuses on the property management and investment analysis side of the business. As a Property Management & Investment Analysis Intern, you will support our team in managing a portfolio of luxury properties and evaluating new investment opportunities in Barcelona and Dubai. Your responsibilities will include:
• Investment Analysis: Assist in preparing financial models, ROI calculations, and comparative market analyses for potential acquisitions.
• Property Management Support: Help coordinate maintenance, renovations, and tenant/owner communications for properties under management.
• Market & Data Research: Gather and analyze data on pricing, rental yields, and market trends in key districts of Barcelona and Dubai.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare investment memos, property reports, and portfolio summaries for internal and client use.
PROFILE / WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
• Mindset & Attitude: A highly analytical, organized, and proactive mindset. You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is not afraid to take initiative.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial and market data clearly.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with financial modeling, real estate databases, or CRM systems is highly valued.
