DESCRIPTION
This role focuses on the human resources and operational aspects of the business. As a Talent Acquisition & Operations Intern, you will gain firsthand experience in the full recruitment cycle and the administrative backbone of a growing international luxury real estate firm. You will support the company's growth by attracting top talent and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the full recruitment cycle, from drafting job descriptions and posting openings to sourcing candidates, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Assist with the onboarding process for new agents and team members.
- Employer Branding: Help create materials to attract prospective agents and support recruiting campaigns. Assist in developing the company's employer brand to position it as a top workplace for real estate professionals.
- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including organizing files, managing spreadsheets, and assisting with internal projects across different departments.
- CRM & Database Management: Assist in maintaining the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system by entering new leads, updating contact information, and ensuring data accuracy, which is crucial for both recruitment and business development.
PROFILE / WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
- Mindset & Attitude: A highly organized, discreet, and service-oriented mindset. You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Experience with CRM systems, recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), or ATS is a plus.
