DESCRIPTION
This role focuses on the event management and client relations aspects of the business. As an Events & Client Relations Coordinator, you will be the bridge between the company and its high-net-worth clientele, ensuring an exceptional brand experience through meticulously planned events and personalized client support. Your responsibilities will include:
TASKS
- Event Planning & Execution: Take a lead role in planning, setting up, and executing client events, networking gatherings, and community pop-ups. This includes managing logistics, handling RSVPs, and coordinating with vendors.
- Client Experience & Relations: Support the International Desk in providing specialized support for international clients. Assist with client inquiries and help maintain the high level of service expected from a luxury brokerage.
- Brand & Marketing Support: Assist in the creation of branded materials for events and campaigns. Help with content creation related to events to showcase the company's active and engaged network on social media.
- Strategic Support: Work with leadership to brainstorm creative marketing and business development ideas. Gain exposure to how events and client relations directly drive business growth in a competitive market.
PROFILE / WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus. Additional languages (French, German, Arabic, Russian) are highly valued.
- Mindset & Attitude: A highly organized, outgoing, and client-centric mindset. You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at building relationships.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor suitable for interacting with high-net-worth clients.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with event management tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms is a plus.
