This role focuses on the marketing and prospection aspects of the business. As a Marketing & Business Development Assistant, you will support the company's growth by creating compelling content and identifying new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials including property brochures, digital advertisements, and social media content to promote listings and enhance the brand's luxury image.
- Social Media & Campaigns: Manage and update content calendars for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Assist in drafting newsletters and promotional emails to engage potential clients and investors.
- Market Research & Prospection: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities in key locations like Barcelona and Dubai. Identify and research potential new clients and market segments.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of client events, networking functions, and property tours to support the overall business development strategy.
PROFILE / WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
- Mindset & Attitude: A highly organized, proactive, and creative mindset. You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is not afraid to take initiative.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different audiences.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), social media management platforms, and basic SEO principles is highly valued.
