Train in a dynamic kitchen focused on Japanese and California-influenced cuisine while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Sushi experience is preferred but not required, while seafood fabrication, butchery, and banquet experience are valuable skills that will help you thrive. - Or a graduate of a Hospitality or Tourism/ Culinary Arts post-secondary academic institution (more than 12 months ago) with 12 months of verifiable related work experience
- Or you have 5 years of verifiable work experience related to Culinary Arts
