Launch your Culinary Arts internship in San Francisco at Hotel Nikko San Francisco, which is a luxury hotel in the heart of one of America’s most exciting food destinations. Train in a dynamic kitchen focused on Japanese and California-influenced cuisine while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Sushi experience is preferred but not required, while seafood fabrication, butchery, and banquet experience are valuable skills that will help you thrive. Build your culinary career surrounded by world-class dining, diverse culture, and the vibrant energy of San Francisco. This program starts in September 2026 with a pay rate of $25 per hour.

You are a perfect candidate if

  • You are looking for a challenge to improve yourself

  • You know English on a conversational level 
  • You are a current student of a Hospitality or Tourism/ Culinary Arts post-secondary academic institution 
  • Or a recent graduate (less than 12 months ago) of a Hospitality or Tourism/ Culinary Arts post-secondary academic institution 
  • Or a graduate of a Hospitality or Tourism/ Culinary Arts post-secondary academic institution (more than 12 months ago) with 12 months of verifiable related work experience 
  • Or you have 5 years of verifiable work experience related to Culinary Arts
